CALL NOW: VOTE NO on AB 1327

Under this bill, no warrant would be necessary for drone use over traffic accidents, for fires, or to look for marijuana growing in state parks or wilderness, for hot pursuit of a suspect, or if law enforcement feels that officers may be in harm’s way.
The exceptions to the warrant requirement leave a drone-sized loophole that will allow police to use drones basically whenever they want.

California’s drone bill AB1327 would allow law enforcement and public agencies to use drones, in many cases without a warrant.
